I was born in NH, and I continue to make my home here, spending my time in the woods, on the water, and in the homes and conference rooms throughout this great state.  I am raising my daughter in our home in Bridgewater, and I am committed to doing my part to keep NH one of the best states in the country to raise a family.  I attended the local schools and I am old enough to have gone to Plymouth State when it was just a college! I worked for a long time in the restaurant business and it was there that I learned that to be successful you have to be yourself. BROOK HILL AT MEREDITH

These wonderful town homes feature an open concept living space with a first floor master suite, sunroom, high-end finishes, and TWO bonus rooms. 2300 square feet never seemed so perfectly conceived. We launched PHASE ONE in November of 2021 and we are officially SOLD OUT!!! I am extremely proud of our performance at Brook Hill. Our office drew the floor plans and coordinated with every aspect of the launch of this ambitious project. To go from bare ground and a muddy job site to a sold out Phase I is something I will always look back on with satisfaction.

The premier waterfront project of the last 30 years. I am so proud of involvement in this incredible endeavor. From our first meeting on the grounds of the old motel that once stood on the site, through two years of pandemic-era construction and execution, we are now SOLD OUT!! Our office developed the comprehensive  marketing strategy that a development like this deserved. We solf almost half of the units in the preconstruction phase based upon that marketing, and once the project was under way, our experienced on-site sales led the way. I was extremely proud to be one of the lead agents on this great  24-unit residential project in Tilton. We were there from start to finish. My office took the lead in the selections of homes that we offered, and handled all aspects of the transaction. We utilized the most up to date technology to market these homes and finished the sell-out much quicker than we anticipated. THIS PROJECT IS SOLD OUT!
